Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of DigitLLM, published by digitfuture ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use DigitLLM on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal use, subject to these terms and to the App Store's or Google Play's own terms of service.

2. No account required

DigitLLM does not require you to create an account. Your use of on-device features is governed only by these terms and by the permissions you grant on your device (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DigitLLM to:

• Generate, request, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's models or code beyond what applicable law permits;
• Use the app to build a competing product using our branding or assets;
• Interfere with the app's operation, security, or the fair use of downloaded AI models.

4. AI-generated content disclaimer

Several tools in DigitLLM — including Smart Chat, Writing Aid, Code Assistant, Scam Detector, and (once fully integrated) Image Generator and Video Generator — use AI models to generate output. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, including:

• Code Assistant output may contain bugs, security issues, or simply not work — always review and test generated code before relying on it.
• Scam Detector gives an AI-generated opinion, not a guarantee — it can miss real scams and flag legitimate messages incorrectly. Use your own judgment, especially for financial or sensitive decisions.
• Smart Chat / Writing Aid output may state incorrect facts confidently. Verify anything important independently.

You are solely responsible for how you use any AI-generated output from the app. We are not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on it.

5. DigitLLM Pro subscription

DigitLLM Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (currently priced at approximately $7 AUD per month, converted to your local currency by the App Store or Google Play) that removes ads and unlocks additional models and unlimited generation quotas.

• Billing — handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play, using the payment method on file with your Apple ID or Google account.
• Auto-renewal — the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Cancellation — manage or cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings (also reachable from the app's Settings screen), or directly in the App Store / Google Play app. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds — refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies; we don't process payments or refunds directly.
• Price changes — if the subscription price changes, you'll be notified in advance as required by the relevant store, and can cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Advertising

The free version of the app displays third-party ads served via Google AdMob. Ad content is selected and served by Google and its partners; we don't control individual ad content. See the Privacy Policy for what data this involves.

7. Intellectual property

The DigitLLM name, logo, and app design are owned by digitfuture. The app uses third-party open-source and licensed components (including on-device AI models distributed under their own respective licenses); those retain their original licensing terms. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our branding or code to you.

8. Availability & changes

We may add, change, or remove features (including moving a tool from "in development" to fully functional, or vice versa) at any time. We aim to keep the app working reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly for features that depend on downloading external model files.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

DigitLLM is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, digitfuture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law (including, for Australian consumers, the Australian Consumer Law).

10. Termination

You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app or particular features if necessary — for example, if a third-party service (such as a model host or the ad network) becomes unavailable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable local consumer protection law requires otherwise for your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
