Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data DigitLLM ("the app") collects, what stays on your device, and who else — if anyone — sees it. DigitLLM is published by digitfuture ("we", "us"). If anything here is unclear, email support@digitllm.app.

1. Summary

DigitLLM does not require an account and does not operate its own servers that store your chats, photos, voice recordings, or documents. Most tools run entirely on your device using a locally downloaded AI model. The two exceptions are: (a) the ads shown in the free version, served by Google AdMob, and (b) subscription billing, handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play — we describe both in detail below.

2. No account, no sign-in

DigitLLM has no login, no user profile, and no cloud account of any kind. There is nothing to register, and we hold no database of app users.

3. What stays on your device

The following tools process your input using an AI model that runs locally on your phone. Your prompts, messages, photos, and recordings for these features are never transmitted to us or to any third party:

• Smart Chat, Writing Aid, Code Assistant, Scam Detector — text you type is sent only to the on-device language model you've downloaded (via llama.cpp), running locally. Nothing is sent to a server.
• Translator — text is translated using Google's on-device ML Kit translation models, downloaded once to your device and run locally afterward.
• Transcriber — audio is transcribed using your device's own native speech-recognition engine (Apple Speech on iOS, Android's SpeechRecognizer). Audio is processed by the operating system on-device and is not uploaded by DigitLLM.
• VibeCode Creator — custom persona instructions you create are stored only in the app's local storage on your device.
• AI Image Upscaler, Image Generator, Video Generator — these tools' on-device generation models are still being integrated (see About); no image, prompt, or video data is uploaded by these features.

Because none of this data reaches us, we have no ability to view, recover, or hand over your conversations, photos, or recordings — they simply don't exist anywhere outside your device.

4. Model downloads

To power the on-device tools, the app downloads AI model files directly from Hugging Face's public model hosting to your device's storage. This download is a one-way transfer of the model file to you — it does not involve any of your personal data, and standard network information (like your IP address) is only visible to Hugging Face's servers as with any file download, not to us.

5. Permissions we ask for

• Microphone — requested only when you use Transcriber, to capture audio for on-device speech-to-text. Audio isn't recorded or transmitted anywhere by DigitLLM.
• Photo library — requested only when you use AI Image Upscaler, to let you pick a photo to process. Photos aren't uploaded by DigitLLM.

You can review or revoke any permission at any time in your device's Settings app.

6. Advertising (AdMob)

The free version of DigitLLM shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (such as your device's Advertising ID / IDFA), approximate location, and other data to serve and measure ads, and may use this data in line with its own privacy policy. We don't control what AdMob collects — it operates as an independent third party. You can review Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy, and adjust ad personalization in your device's OS-level ad settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads). Subscribing to DigitLLM Pro removes all ads, which also stops AdMob from collecting data through the app.

7. Subscriptions & purchases

DigitLLM Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed and processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. We never see or store your payment details (card numbers, billing address, etc.) — that information is held by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. The app only receives a confirmation that your subscription is active, which it uses to unlock Pro features.

8. Data we do not sell

We do not sell your personal data. We do not operate analytics or tracking systems of our own inside the app beyond what's described above for AdMob and store billing.

9. Retention & deletion

Since chats, photos, and recordings processed by on-device tools never leave your phone, deleting the app or clearing its local storage removes that data immediately and completely — there's no copy on any server for us to retain or delete on your behalf. Downloaded model files can be removed at any time from the in-app Model Manager.

10. Children's privacy

DigitLLM is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, contact us and we'll address it.

11. Your regional rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, or Australia's Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data held about you. Because DigitLLM's core tools don't transmit your content to us, there is generally no such data on our side to act on — for anything handled by AdMob or by Apple/Google's billing systems, those rights are exercised directly with Google, Apple, or your Google Play account, per their respective privacy policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves — for example, as the Image Upscaler, Image Generator, or Video Generator move from in-development to fully on-device. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
