Our approach

We built DigitLLM around a simple idea: most everyday AI tasks — chatting with a model, cleaning up a paragraph, translating a sentence, transcribing a voice note — don't need to leave your phone to get done. Modern on-device models are good enough for real work, and running locally means no account, no server round-trip, and no waiting on someone else's infrastructure.

So wherever it's technically possible, DigitLLM runs on-device: the local language model powering Smart Chat, Writing Aid, Code Assistant, and Scam Detector; the translation engine behind Translator; and the speech recognizer behind Transcriber all run using your device's own hardware, using models you choose to download.

Why "DigitLLM"

The app is a bucket of small, focused AI tools rather than one do-everything assistant. Each tool has a narrow job — translate this, transcribe that, tighten this paragraph — and does it well, instead of asking you to coax a single chat window into every task.

What we're still building

Image generation, video generation, and the AI image upscaler currently ship as complete, usable interfaces with their generation quotas already in place, while the underlying on-device generation models are still being integrated. We'd rather ship the rest of the toolkit and be upfront about what's in progress than hold the whole app back.
